1. General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the kz88 platform and all its services. By visiting the kz88 website, opening an account, or using any of our services, you are considered to have voluntarily accepted these Terms.

It is your responsibility to keep your kz88 account username and password completely confidential. Sharing your account details with any third party is strictly prohibited. You are solely responsible for all activities carried out through your account.

• Violation of the Terms and Conditions
• Suspected fraudulent or deceptive activity
• Operating multiple accounts
• Providing false information
• Harmful activity directed at other users or the platform

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Conditions

The minimum deposit amount on the kz88 platform is ৳100 (one hundred taka) per method. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including major Bangladeshi banks such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank). Deposits made through any method other than those listed are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred taka). Once a withdrawal request is approved, funds are generally sent within 30 minutes to 3 hours. The following conditions must be met to make a withdrawal:

• Account verification must be completed.
• If any bonus has been used, the associated wagering requirements must be met.
• The withdrawal method must match the deposit method.
• If any active investigation is ongoing on the account, withdrawals will be suspended.

4.3 Transaction Verification

kz88 reserves the right to verify all deposit and withdrawal transactions. Additional information or documents may be requested for unusual or suspicious transactions. Compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations is an obligation of kz88.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳2,000 bonus and the total balance becomes ৳3,000; depositing ৳10,000 earns a ৳8,000 bonus and the total balance becomes ৳18,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times (10x), calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit amount. For example: ৳2,000 bonus × 10 = ৳20,000 in bets must be completed before withdrawing bonus winnings.

Winnings earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements are met. The contribution rate of different games towards wagering may vary.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period and conditions.
• Bonuses are for genuine gaming only; any misuse of a bonus will result in cancellation.
• Claiming bonuses on multiple accounts from the same IP address or device is prohibited.
• kz88 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.

5.4 VIP Program

The kz88 VIP program has four tiers. Tiers are advanced through regular play:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.2%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.5%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback up to 0.8%.
• Platinum: Weekly cashback up to 1.0%.

The detailed terms of VIP benefits are subject to change. Cashback is generally applied automatically each week.

6. Gaming Rules

The kz88 platform offers various gaming services including casino games, slots, fishing games, and sports betting. Each game has its own rules and regulations, which should be read before starting the game.

6.1 Game Fairness

6.2 Technical Errors

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kz88 platform and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Operating multiple accounts.
• Misusing bonus benefits or using fraudulent methods to meet bonus conditions.
• Using another person's account or payment method.
• Conducting money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to operate games.
• Attempting to disrupt the security or operation of the platform.
• Threatening, harassing, or behaving indecently towards other users.
• Opening or operating an account using a false identity or documents.

If any of the above prohibited activities are suspected, kz88 will conduct an investigation and, if necessary, notify the relevant authorities.

12.2 Service Termination

kz88 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently shut down the platform's services at any time, with or without prior notice. In the event of a service shutdown, arrangements will be made to return any verified legitimate funds in the user's account.
